- Macedonian Ethnology.
- Anastasia, is a group from Skopje, Macedonia. Existing for 8 years, it is the most successful group in the country and has become widely known on the international stages. The music is a unique blend combining the Byzantine past, through Eastern Orthodox church music, with a rich gamut of ethnic rhythms.
- Dragan Dautovski, multi-instrumentalist playing traditional instruments. He is a great supporter of preservation of Macedonian folklore and its peculiarities. He absorbs to his genes the traditional musical values thus reaching the point where he blends them easily with modern musical tendencies.
- Ensemble Skopje, is an amateur folk dance group presenting Macedonian folk tradition on the folk scene at the country and all over the world. The Ensemble has about 200 dancers and musicians, working in three different groups deepens of the age. During the years of existing, permanently enriches it's own concert programme with new choreographies from all over Macedonia.
- Synthesis, is a band that was established in 1995 for the purpose of carrying out an in-depth pursuit of the outstanding folk music treasures of Macedonia. Digging deeply into the roots of Macedonian folk heritage, with a serious concern for the basics of traditional compositions, the group has received high praise for breathing new life in this milieu.
- Kismet, can be described as a fusion of traditional Balcan ethno, experimental, darkwave-industrial and electronic sounds. While currently based in Australia, Kismet regulary work in Macedonia.
- Kocani Orkestar, is a brass-band formed by seven extraordinary musicians coming from Kocani, a little village near the Macedonian frontier with Bulgaria. Their music is a cocktail of frantic rhythms, noisy and hypnotic sounds. A "drunk" music, with a bass tuba and trumpets as the main features. Their music is pure tradition. The melodies are handed down from father to son; sometimes they take this music from the streets and arrange it on their way.
- Tale Ognenovski, is one of the greatest instrumentalists and composers in World Music. He made the connection between Oriental and Western Music. He has composed and arranged 150 Macedonian folk dances, one classical concert, and many jazz compositions.
- Pece Atanasovski Orchestra, Macedonian music ensemble from Skopje.
- Esma Redzepova, her songs are the musical expression of her love to Macedonia and its Gypsy roots. Her music sounds like typical melodies of the Balkan Mountains with a special protagonist of the violin, clarinet and accordion and with influences from India, Persia and Spain, creating an exciting atmosphere, cheerful and sensual.
- Tanec - State Ensemble of Folklore, Dances and Songs, is a name that for five decades has been a symbol of the Macedonian culture and arts, five decades of its existence has been an Ambassador and presenter of the Macedonian folk creation with us and all the continents of the globe.

- Orchestra of Moldovan Folk Music and Dance Fluieras, has been founded in 1949 and consists of 40 musicians and dancers. During the years the orchestra has added to its repertory dances and music of many nations from the former USSR, but especially traditional folk music and dances of Moldova.
